Personal Training
How it works
Firstly you decide that you would like to get fitter, healthier or improve your sports performance. Once you have made the initial contact, a fitness2health trainer will make contact with you.
Initial consultation
This will determine your personal goals and current state of health, which will give us both a starting point and will also enable the trainer to establish the right program for you, based on your likes and dislikes and recommendations.
Then what
After the initial consultation a program session will be put together based on your goals followed by your first session booking with your personal trainer.
Locations
Fitness2health have a wide range of mobile equipment from body bars, hand weights, bosu balls, resistance bands balls and mats. Whether you are a busy parent, based at the office or at home, we will be flexible to your requirements and will travel to you. |
